ALL expedited shipping and International shipping will be determined by type of delivery service requested and destination. ALL International purchases will display a “$0.00” for shipping cost at Checkout, but will be contacted via email with the additional shipping cost. International buyers will be required to pay the additional shipping cost through PayPal.com only.
