Designed to be a trackside "warm up" roller. Can be used as a basic workout roller but, is not recommended for elite vigorous workouts. The Eagle Pro Roller is recommended for the Elite athletes. Secure an Eagle Sportschairs, TopEnd or any other 3 wheel Racing Chair in roller and go to work. Adjustability allows for any make, length or front wheel size.
