Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). All products are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original product purchase price. If the product is not received within 14 days of issuing a return authorization, a return may not be accepted at all. All custom built and special order items are not returnable.
 
If a refund is given it will be less the original shipping cost. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
 
Any hygiene items, creams or ointments, seat cushions, special order or custom made products (all chairs & cycles) are not returnable for a refund for any reason.
 
Any products returned for a refund will not be accepted if it is scratched, scuffed, dirty or used in any way. No exceptions. All returned product(s) must be in new and working condition and in all original packaging.
 
Before returning an product, you must call IDEA, inform us as to why you are returning the product and you must obtain a Return Authorization number and Return Address. All returns received in a used condition, without original packaging and/or without an authorization number will be refused. No exceptions.
 
Credit card purchases may take up to 14 days to be credited, payments made with a check or money order, may take up to 3 weeks to receive your refund check from IDEA. All refunds are made only after the product(s) has been received and inspected
 
If product(s) was sold to you and is defective or was shipped in error by IDEA you will be given a full refund plus all shipping costs. We apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused you. For any other return, buyer is repsonsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
